MACPRESSE L Series MSW balers are specifically designed to process and bale municipal solid waste (MSW), commercial waste and recyclable materials.

The advantages of the MACPRESSE L Series balers systems are highlighted by exceptional productivity and reliability. MACPRESSE is well known worldwide for over 40 years of application knowledge and continuous research and development for now solutions for waste processing and recycling.

The MACPRESSE L Series MSW balers are designed for fast continuous processing of large bulky materials.  All materials to large to fit into the chamber are cut with the patented serrated shears and allowed to fall into the chamber on the next cycle.

Structural design of the MACPRESSE L Series MSW Balers are over-engineered  providing exceptionally heavy construction to process the difficult material found in municipal and commercial waste streams. Special alloy steel liners are designed to increase wear life and resist chemical attach from contaminated liquids.

The baling chamber and the extrusion chamber are fully lined with "HARDOX 500" steel plate. The replaceable liners are designed to withstand the continuous abrasive action of the compaction ram and waste.

The wire tying system is heavily constructed and specifically designed for processing solid waste.

In addition, the MACPRESSE L Series MSW balers are elevated, keeping debris away from the tying mechanism and making cleaning easier.

Leachate released during the compaction of refuse can be collected using a special conveying system and collected for proper treatment. This options keep the working areas safer and cleaner.
